The app
Finger Paint Duo is made by James Davie, an independent developer based in London. The app works entirely on your iPhone. It has no accounts, no adverts and no analytics, and it does not send your paintings or anything else about you to me or to anyone else.
Your paintings
Your paintings stay on your device. If you choose to save a print to your photo library or share it, the app asks iOS to do that for you, and only for that print. The app does not read the photos already in your library.
Children
Finger Paint Duo is suitable for children. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children either.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and its fonts are served from this site instead of a third party. Like most websites, the company that hosts it may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
If you email me
If you get in touch for support, I will use your email address and message only to reply to you. You can ask me to delete that correspondence at any time.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what personal data is held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Since the app holds none, this only applies to support emails. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
